    Yes, absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information. This allows you to monitor the delivery status and plan accordingly.
  • When are orders dispatched?
    All orders placed before 2 pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
  • What if I place an order on the weekend?
    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery time.
  • What is the delivery timeframe?
    Smaller items are sent via DPD on a next working day service. This means you can expect your smaller items to arrive the next working day after dispatch. Larger items are sent via DX Freight. While we aim for next day delivery, larger items may take up to 2 working days, especially if a 2-man delivery is required.
